FYI - Information

Step 1 - It Starts With You! 

- Use our contact form to send us a message or email to get the ball rolling. 

- You will receive a welcome pack outlining the procedure and all the relevant information for booking your first trial class with us.

- At this stage we will inform you if a 'Waiting List' applies. 

Step 2 - Booking The Trial Class!

- Follow the link via email, register some simple (yet important) details and book your classes. 

- Once completed you are all set. 

- You will then receive 2 reminder emails about your classes booked with us. 

Step 3 - Preparing For The First Class!

- We know some children maybe a little nervous to attend their first class and we can assure you that we are friendly, warm and welcoming to all new students. 

- Bring some essentials with you:

A fresh bottle of water.

Wear comfortable/non-restricting clothing. 

Step 4 - Arriving For The Trial Class. 

- There is ample parking onsite. 

- On arrival you will be greeted by your teacher near the studio entrance, who will give you the warmest welcome. 

- We ask parents to wait in their vehicles or close by during class time, but not in the studio.

Please note - exceptions are in place for Pre-Juniors aged 3-6 years. 

Step 5 - After The Trial Class. 

- We ensure all students are collected by their parents or guardians on the departure of class.

- We will have a quick chat about how your child got on during the class.  

- Then shortly after you will receive a follow up email, with further information regarding enrolments and/or further questions. 

It's that easy! 

Please note - All trial classes are complimentary with no obligation to join. 

Our dance terms run in-line with local academic schools. 

3 terms per academic year Autumn/Winter, Spring and Summer. 

Following all school holidays based on the Basingstoke and Hampshire council. 

All of our term dates and timetables are sent to you before the previous term ends. 

We have 3 methods of payment available to suit your individual needs:

- Monthly Direct Debit (Coming soon)

- Termly

- Half Termly 

If you choose to pay monthly direct debit your fees will be pro rata over 12 months, if your package changes during this time it will be updated for the next month and you will be notified of any changes. If you have any extra charges for classes, costume or uniforms during this time these will be invoiced separately. 

Paying by term or half term, we will invoice you before the previous term ends, allowing you time to pay in advance and secure your child's place for the following term, if fees are not paid 14 days in advance of the next term starting you may risk losing your child's place and late payment fees will apply.  

We have a  range of uniform to suit each class.  This is available to purchase through FYDC.

We understand how important it is for you to know how your child is progressing in classes, we offer a parents watching week once a year (usually in the spring term), in addition to this we offer student progress reports once a year (summer term).

You can contact us for any updates you wish to know by phone or email. If your child takes private lessons, you can request and book to come and sit in any of these classes.
